Each Participant agrees that the Organizers may publicize videos and photographs in such manner as the Organizers consider fit without any payment or compensation whatsoever. All resultant materials, including images in photo and video, may be used by the Organizers for future promotional and marketing purposes in any manner whatsoever.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizers exclude responsibility and all liability arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Event, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizers’ reasonable control and for any act or default of any third party supplier or vendor.
4. Each Participant agrees to this disclaimer of liability in respect of any property or pecuniary loss/damage which arises out of or in connection with his/her participation in the Event, even if such loss/damage is attributable to any fault or negligence on the part of the Organizers. Each Participant further accepts the Organizers’ disclaimer of liability in respect of any non-pecuniary loss or personal injury which arises out of or in connection with his/her participation in the Event, even if such loss/damage is attributable to any fault or negligence on the part of Organizers, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Each Participant further accepts and understands that third parties other than the Organizers may be responsible for or be involved in the organization or performance of the Event and that the Organizers accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any fault or negligence of such third parties.
5. Each Participant shall indemnify and keep the Organizers, their respective affiliates and officers, agents and employees (the “Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, claims and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the Participant's breach of any of these terms and conditions.
